What are your advantages when renting a villa through Bellevue Villa Rental?

Is there a minimum stay?

The minimum stay for all our villas is three nights. For the months of July and August, the minimum stay is seven nights.

Is the price of the villa per person?

The villas are priced with maximum guest capacity. The price is independent of persons. Your guests and friends are welcome.

Are there seasonal prices?

We offer seasonal rates for our villas. Please ask your Bellevue Villa Rental Team. We will be happy to advise you.

Is it possible to add more guests later?

Yes, all villas have a maximum guest capacity. Your guests and friends are welcome.

Can we hire a private chef while we are there?

Yes, please let us know your wishes at the time of booking and we will immediately make you an attractive offer. Short-term requests are of course also possible.

In order to realise your wishes in the best possible way, we ask for a little organisation time. For further information, please contact the Bellevue Villa Rental Team.

Who would be our contact for anything we might need during our stay?

Our concierge and reception at the 5* Althoff Villa Belrose will take care of any requests you may have during your stay.

Is it possible to arrange a private butler for our stay?

We are happy to organise a personal butler for you. Please let us know your personal wishes as early as possible so that we can organise your stay in the best possible way. We will be happy to send you a quote for a personal butler service. For further information please contact your Bellevue Villa Rental Team.

How is the food procured?

We will be happy to do the grocery shopping for you. Please inform our concierge in good time about the items you would like to have in your refrigerator. We can send you a list of possible items. The service will be charged with your final bill.

Can picnic baskets be organised for our boat or beach trips?

We offer six different picnic baskets. Our concierge will be happy to help you.

Can security services be booked?

If you would like to book a security service, please let us know as early as possible so that we can organise this for you in the best possible way. We will provide you with a suitable offer. Our Bellevue Villa Rental Team is available for further information.

Is there internet access in our villa?

All villas have WIFI. Our 5* Althoff Villa Belrose also has a very convenient business centre within walking distance from all villas.

What are the reservation and cancellation conditions? Especially if there are travel restrictions for pandemic reasons?

Upon reservation we charge 50% of the total amount. On arrival the remaining 50% is due.

The cancellation policy is attached:
  • More than 30 days prior to arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
  • Less than 30 days prior to arrival, unfortunately, 100% must be charged, so let us check together whether a free rebooking is possible.

What hygiene measures are implemented?

Your health and that of our staff is our top priority, which is why we have prepared all the necessary safety measures with the "BE WELL" hygiene programme of the Althoff Hotels, because it is a matter close to our hearts to offer you the greatest possible safety and excellent service during your stay. For example, all our staff in contact with guests are required to wear face masks and hand disinfection dispensers are available for you in the villa.
